Our Founder
Norman is a qualified Training and Development Manager and Enterprise and Supplier
Development specialist with over 20 years' experience in Training, Enterprise Development
and Mentoring. He is passionate about training and development and is committed to excellence
in customer service. It is this drive that led to the formation of Knowescape Consulting. He
is also overseeing the overall quality assurance across all our offerings.
Norman has worked with SMMEs conducting training, coaching and mentoring for various organisations.
He has managed and overseen Skills and ESD projects on behalf of multinational clients over the years.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
His Vision
